My Aeroplane has a red cross through it

1.  Ensure your iPad / iPhone is outside or by a window to see the sky and Satellites

2.  In RunwayHD; Settings/System/Airbox Account.  enter details and login

     If a positive acknowledgement, all is well.

     If negative check username and password are correct.

3.  In iPad / iPhone Settings; Privacy (white hand), Location Services ON. touch Location Services, RunwayHD  'While using' or 'Always'

4.  Check iPad is a 4G Cellular version, does it have a small slot for a SIM Card in the side? Is there a large black plastic infill panel in the top edge? WiFi only iPads do not have a built in GPS Antenna and will need a Bluetooth Antenna from Pooleys or Mendelssohn Pilot Supplies.
