NOTAMs not Updating

If NOTAMs do not seem to be updating, There are several steps you may need to take. please proceed with each one in order until your problem is resolved.


  1. Please go into the app settings inside Runway HD, then system and press clear cached data.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Please go into the app settings inside Runway HD, then NOTAMs, then press 'Update NOTAMs'
  4. Switch off your router for 10+ seconds (this should clear any cached data on the router slowing it down)
  5. Try another WiFi source or mobile data
