If NOTAMs do not seem to be updating, There are several steps you may need to take. please proceed with each one in order until your problem is resolved.
- Please go into the app settings inside Runway HD, then system and press clear cached data.
- Restart your device
- Please go into the app settings inside Runway HD, then NOTAMs, then press 'Update NOTAMs'
- Switch off your router for 10+ seconds (this should clear any cached data on the router slowing it down)
- Try another WiFi source or mobile data
